The garden of eden

Dear Blog, 

I was lucky enough to be shown a secret little swimming hole in santa cruz. It was cold and refreshing to take a dip in that green water in the 87 degree heat. People were jumping off rocks, sunning themselves, splashing around in floaties, spotting fish and wading around. 

It was a very calm environment even with the 30 or so people there. Everyone was just floating along.

   I soaked up the sun and ate watermelon and talked to some santa cruz locals and had a good time. I don't think I had ever been to a cute little swimming hole like that. I hope to find more like it.
