May 18th, a nice day

Dear Blog,

It is May 18th, I had a nice day today. It felt equally relaxing and productive. In the morning, I made breakfast and watched some of War Dogs and got fired uppppp.

I went out to do some reading for class in the piazza but it started raining so I had to go back inside. I was actually kind of hype because War Dogs had me tooooo invested. I worked out, made lunch, and then it was time for the bike race.

I like going to events. I like it because of the event of course, but I really like it because of the people. So many people came out to watch the bike race and it was so cool to see everyone so excited for the race.

When I was at the bike race, across the gate was a man with the cutest wiener dog I had ever seen. The wiener dog was watching the race just as intently as everyone else and turned his head when the bikers went by. So cute! After I got my bike racing fix, I walked all around Siena aimlessly. A

After around 30 minutes, when I was walking in a random part of Siena, you won't believe who I saw! The very same wiener dog!! I saw the man and his dog turn into a building, which I assumed was their home and it felt so sweet to know that I was living in the same town as such a cute little dog and his owner. This town really does feel small. Later in my meander, I ended up at one of my favorite viewpoints and decided to go down to the farm/park that I love that was very close.

I looked at the sheep and goats grazing in the grass

and went to go see the donkey "Pipo".

Pipo is so silly, I have fed him before and now whenever I come to see him, he sticks his tongue out waiting for me to give him with a handful of grass.

After meeting up with my bestie Pipo, I went up on the grassy hill and picked petals off of flowers and watched the clouds. I think there is a cherry tree growing on that hill.

Then I walked back. Our burner was broken so I just had homemade salsa and chips for dinner. Oh well. Today was still great!
