The beauty in unneeded (but not unwanted) pink lighting

I like that in every butcher shop or meat section in Italy the lights are not warm, not cool, but pink.

A light pink, a subtle pink, so that every red cut of meat looks just a bit redder, just a bit more fresh. I think it is so cute that my meat selection poses under a soft pink light. A subtle move on the butchers part which I respect.  

I have spent so long in the states looking up and longing to be in bustling Macellerias (butcher shops) with those warm pink lights. 

I aim to go to one soon. I can't wait! I have to get my order in order!
